Aerodium Software Technologies Limited was established in 2003 by Adi Shva, Adi Eilon and Eli Smadar with the specific goal of providing management solutions for the diamond, colored gemstone, and jewelry industries.
While Aerodium’s initial task was to provide technical support to the more than 150 diamond manufacturers and dealers already using management software produced by the sister company Aerodiam, the company immediately began developing a new management package that would empower its clients to operate their companies in the wired and global economy of the 21st century. The result of the project was DiamondXecutive® Pro, which is now utilized by over 450 of the world’s largest diamond manufacturers. Today, Aerodium and Aerodiam service the largest customer base for diamond management software in the world, with offices in Ramat Gan, Israel, Antwerp, and Belgium.
We offer our customers a comprehensive support package, including free technical support for the first 90 days. Free technical support includes product installation, user training and phone/Internet based support. Customers receive a special link where they can register and access online support. Once the 90 day free support expires, customers can choose from various annual support plans.
